Elon Musk's Chainsaw vs. Scalpel on USAID

David’s question: “Why does someone as smart as Elon Musk treat a debunked 90% USAID stat as settled fact?”

Eve: “He treats the 90% figure as settled fact even though it came from a localization statistic, not an audit. The blind spot isn't stupidity; it's structural. Rockets have physics — if your simulation is wrong, it explodes in seconds. Politics gives you applause instead of physics feedback.”
